JeetBaz Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

By registering an account on JeetBaz or by accessing any part of the JeetBaz platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account and must immediately cease using the JeetBaz platform.

These Terms are to be read alongside the JeetBaz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and JeetBaz. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific document expressly states otherwise.

JeetBaz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at this URL. Continued use of the JeetBaz platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

2.1 Age Requirement

JeetBaz is strictly available to persons who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. JeetBaz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Where a player is found to be under 18, their account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one JeetBaz account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. JeetBaz uses advanced detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, JeetBaz will close all but the oldest verified account, void all bonuses associated with the duplicate accounts, and may close all accounts if fraud is suspected.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your JeetBaz account credentials. Do not share your password or OTP codes with any other person. JeetBaz will never ask for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately via live chat or support@jeetbaz.bio.

• Enable two-factor authentication — it is available to all JeetBaz accounts and strongly recommended.
• Use a unique, strong password not shared with other services.
• Never log in to JeetBaz on a shared or public device without logging out afterwards.
• JeetBaz cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access due to negligence on the player's part.

JeetBaz accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no JeetBaz processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. JeetBaz accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa — instant processing, 24 hours a day
• JazzCash — instant processing, 24 hours a day
• NayaPay — same-day processing
• SadaPay — same-day processing
• IBFT Bank Transfer — processed within standard banking hours
• Visa and Mastercard — debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

All funds deposited to your JeetBaz account must belong to you and originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned. JeetBaz reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their JeetBaz account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the player's own name. JeetBaz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within one hour for verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to one business day.
• Jackpot wins exceeding Rs 5,00,000 are subject to a manual verification process of up to 30 minutes before release.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.

JeetBaz does not charge withdrawal fees to players. If a withdrawal is returned by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider, JeetBaz will contact the player to arrange an alternative payment method. Funds that cannot be delivered after three attempts and 30 days will be retained by JeetBaz subject to regulatory requirements.

4.1 Identity Verification Before Withdrawal

JeetBaz is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. Standard KYC documentation includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie holding the document. Verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours. Players who complete verification early will experience the fastest withdrawal times.

All betting activity on JeetBaz is governed by these Terms and by the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a bet on JeetBaz, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the relevant product rules.

5.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is only considered valid once JeetBaz confirms its acceptance and a unique bet reference number is generated. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, JeetBaz will investigate the transaction logs and settle on the basis of what was actually received and confirmed by the system. Bets placed on markets that were opened in error will be voided and stakes returned.

5.2 Cricket and PSL Betting

Cricket bets are settled on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). If a PSL match is abandoned without a result, pre-match match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. In-play bets placed after the point at which the match could no longer produce a valid result for a specific market will be voided. DLS results are honoured as official results for all markets unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet on JeetBaz is Rs 20. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed on each market before bet placement. JeetBaz reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on accounts where betting patterns suggest bonus abuse, match-fixing involvement, or any form of irregular activity.

5.4 Obvious Errors

JeetBaz reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were published due to a clear technical error or human error. "Obvious error" means odds that no reasonable person could expect to be genuinely offered — for example, 100/1 on a two-team match with one clear favourite. Players are expected to act in good faith and should not attempt to exploit pricing errors.

JeetBaz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page before any claim is made. The following general bonus rules apply across all JeetBaz promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and payment method.
• JeetBaz welcome bonuses are available to new registrations only. Any attempt to claim a new-player bonus on a returning account is considered abuse and will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated on the promotion page. Uncompleted wagering requirements expire when the promotion period ends.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated on the promotion page before withdrawal.
• JeetBaz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a player's account if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk combinations across multiple accounts to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting pricing errors to meet wagering requirements at negligible risk.

JeetBaz bonus wagering requirements are set at levels that are genuinely achievable. Full terms for each promotion are always published before a player commits to claiming the bonus. If anything in a bonus offer is unclear, please contact our support team before claiming.

JeetBaz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated at any time directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss Limits — set a maximum loss tolerance over a defined period
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play
• Cool-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours up to 6 months
• Self-Exclusion — permanently close your account and restrict access to JeetBaz

Limits applied through the account dashboard take effect immediately and cannot be relaxed until the set period expires. This is by design — the effectiveness of these tools depends on them being difficult to circumvent in a moment of impulse.

Players who are self-excluded from JeetBaz must not attempt to open new accounts. Any account opened by a self-excluded player will be closed immediately and any funds deposited returned, minus any winnings accrued from that account.

JeetBaz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any other JeetBaz policy
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information
• Operation of multiple accounts
• Suspected involvement in match-fixing or sports corruption
• Collusion with other players to exploit bonus structures
• Use of software or systems designed to gain an unfair advantage (bots, automated betting tools)
• Threats, abuse, or harassment directed at JeetBaz staff or other players
• Any behaviour that JeetBaz reasonably believes constitutes fraud or money laundering

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, JeetBaz may withhold some or all of the balance depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's request, or for reasons not involving a player breach, the full available balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days.

8.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. JeetBaz will notify the registered email address before applying an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to cover administration costs. Notification will be sent 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days before the inactivity fee begins. The fee will not reduce the balance below zero.

All content on the JeetBaz platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, game graphics, odds data, written content, software, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of JeetBaz or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JeetBaz platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any part of the JeetBaz platform without prior written consent from JeetBaz. Scraping odds data, mirroring the website, or using JeetBaz content for commercial purposes without permission is expressly prohibited and may result in legal action.

JeetBaz collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and JeetBaz. Key points to be aware of:

• Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
• Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.
• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.

By registering on JeetBaz, you consent to receiving transactional communications (account alerts, withdrawal confirmations) and promotional communications where you have opted in. You can manage your communication preferences from your account settings at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JeetBaz shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, business, or revenue arising from your use of the JeetBaz platform
• Losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond JeetBaz's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where JeetBaz has fulfilled its security obligations
• Decisions made by players based on odds, statistics, or market information displayed on the platform
• Losses arising from betting or gaming activity — all gambling involves risk and JeetBaz does not guarantee outcomes

JeetBaz's total liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by JeetBaz's own negligence.

JeetBaz may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, JeetBaz will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Send an in-platform notification to all registered players
• Send an email notification to the registered address on file (for changes that significantly affect player rights)

Your continued use of the JeetBaz platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using JeetBaz and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
